Stamox® is a pure & patented extract of beetroots made only from the highest quality beetroot (Beta Vulgaris).
For optimal results, Stamox should be consumed 2-3 hours before exercise. Mix with 200-500ml water.
Daily Training: Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Stamox in a glass of water. For longer sessions (more than 1 hour), you can take an additional 1 tablespoon of Stamox closer to the start of the training session.
Before a Race/Competition: Mix 2-3 tablespoons with water 2-3 hours before exercise. For endurance races (more than 1 hour), you can take an additional 3 tablespoons of Stamox closer to the start of the race.

There are many types of beetroot juice available for purchase but the "strength" of these is not further described, defined and tested. You can use beetroot or beetroot juice, but the effect will be unpredictable and usually less effective, or have zero effect. If you want to test dosage further, it might be a good idea to test how much extra Watt you can produce.
For example by training at 80% of Max heart rate for 30 minutes, one day with Stamox, and one day without, and then one with a double dose of Stamox and then again a day without.
