Stamox Fuel Guide Dosage & Timing: 6-10 Hour Training Ride

By strategically timing your Stamox intake, you can sustain performance, delay fatigue, and be able to push harder, for longer.

Dosage: 1-2 tbs Stamox mixed in water

Timing: 1-2 tbs before start of training

In-race top-ups of Stamox can provide critical advantages by sustaining performance and delaying fatigue.

Strategy: Consider topping up with Stamox every 2-3 hours during your ride or race.

Dosage: A smaller dose of Stamox around 10 grams.

Pair with Carbs: Combine Stamox consumption with carbohydrates (banana, sports drink, electrolytes) for dual energy + oxygenation support.

1. Sustained Nitric Oxide Production:

Replenishes nitric oxide (NO) levels, maintaining vasodilation to enhance oxygen and nutrient delivery to working muscles, even as initial pre-race doses wear off.

2. Delays Fatigue:

Supports mitochondrial efficiency, helping muscles use oxygen more effectively during prolonged exertion, reducing lactic acid buildup and perceived effort.

3. Energy Preservation:

Improves ATP (energy) production in muscles, sparing glycogen stores and extending endurance capacity for late-race efforts.

4. Muscle Oxygenation Under Stress:

Counteracts hypoxia (low oxygen) in high-intensity intervals or elevation changes, keeping muscles fuelled during climbs or sprints.

5. Cognitive Sharpness:

Enhances blood flow to the brain, combating mental fatigue and improving focus during long, gruelling efforts

How does Stamox work?

Drinking an optimal amount of Stamox 2-3 hours before endurance exercise can significantly enhance your performance. This is due to its high level dietary nitrates, antioxidants and other nutrients. Nitrate (NO₃⁻) boosts the availability of nitric oxide (NO) in your body, which can lead to improved blood flow, oxygen efficiency, and reduced fatigue.

FAQ

Stamox is derived from a premium beetroot, and extracted in a way that is unique and patented.

  • Stamox is a high strength extract of beetroots
  • unique in its quality and strength
  • tested for the essential nutrients necessary
  • the strength is stable and controlled

There are many types of beetroot juice available for purchase but the "strength" of these is not further described, defined and tested. You can use beetroot or beetroot juice, but the effect will be unpredictable and usually less effective, or have zero effect. It is therefore important to have a tested and controlled product that gives a predictable effect.

If you want to test dosage further, it might be a good idea to test how much extra Watt you can produce.

For example by training at 80% of Max heart rate for 30 minutes, one day with Stamox, and one day without, and then one with a double dose of Stamox and then again a day without.

Then you’ll be able to get an idea of how great the effect can be with different amounts of Stamox.

Every body probably has a limit. The closer you are to that limit, the more you have to put in to get closer. No two people are alike, so it’s important to test out the right dose and the right time to drink the juice (it usually takes 2-3 hours before maximum effect is achieved). Body weight certainly plays a role, and also how those natural compounds in Stamox will affect each body differently.

Stamox was developed by Dr. Nils Reither and his colleagues during 2007. Long periods of research & testing were conducted in various sports, showing exceptional results on athletes.

Additional research and peer-reviewed studies on the benefits of beets, validate and prove its long list of benefits.

Stamox is approved by the Olympic Anti-Doping Laboratory in Cambridge.

They confirm that Stamox does not contain any prohibited substance and is free from any natural contaminants. This means you can trust Stamox as a 100% legal, trustworthy and safe supplement.
