The 8 minutes power is a good estimation of the FTP in cycling performance. This session is interesting not just to estimate the FTP of a cyclist, but also to test repeatability and durability. The ability to repeat hard efforts during a training session or a race. Repeatability is set to be one of the most important indicators of performance in endurance sports, specially in cycling, where most competitions go over 2 hours of duration.

Can the improvement be attributed to Stamox?
