FAQ
Stamox is derived from a premium beetroot, and extracted in a way that is unique and patented.
- Stamox is a high strength extract of beetroots
- unique in its quality and strength
- tested for the essential nutrients necessary
- strength is stable and controlled, with its effects always being the same
There are many types of beetroot juice available for purchase but the "strength" of these is not further described, defined and tested. You can use beetroot or beetroot juice, but the effect will be unpredictable and usually less effective, or have zero effect. It is therefore important to have a tested and controlled product that gives a predictable effect.
If you are going to win, you have to choose the best.
This depends on what type of sport you do, your fitness, the level of fatigue you achieve after training, your eating habits, weight, and what type of muscle you have.
Stamox provides an immediate effect 2-3 hours after drinking, enabling the muscles to produce up to 15% more more power (Watt).
If you do long sessions, you can top up with Stamox so that the maximum power is maintained. In addition, Stamox has the effect that it makes training easier, and thus it takes longer before you get exhausted and stop the training session. You can use this to build better endurance and strength.
But there is great individual variation, so you have to test yourself, what gives you the best effect. Your body and training is unique, so it is useful to monitor all use of Stamox in your training diary, and you will quickly discover which use works best for you.
For optimal results, Stamox should be consumed 2-3 hours before exercise.
Daily Training: Mix 1 tablespoon of Stamox in a glass of water. For longer sessions (more than 1 hour), you can take an additional 1 tablespoon of Stamox closer to the start of the training session.
Before a Race/Competition: Mix 2 tablespoons with water 2-3 hours before exercise. For endurance races (more than 1 hour), you can take an additional 3 tablespoons of Stamox closer to the start of the race.

There are many types of beetroot juice available for purchase. But the "strength" of these is not described, defined and tested in more detail. This is why one glass of beetroot juice has a good effect, but the juice from another bottle of the same brand may have zero effect.
Stamox is very concentrated (it is an extract) and it has been tested for the essential nutrients that are necessary to achieve a good effect. And this strength is stable and equal. As long as the powder is dry, not lumpy and not expired, the effect will always be the same.
So we can only say that you have to drink a lot of "regular" beetroot juice to achieve a good effect, and the amount you need to drink will vary enormously. It is simply not possible to create a predictable training program with regular beetroot juice.
Stamox, on the other hand, is a standardized product that gives the same result every time.
Stamox has a high content of nitrates, which the body converts into nitric oxide, improving blood flow and potentially lowering blood pressure, along with its rich source of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Improved Exercise Performance: The nitrates in beetroot may improve athletic performance and reduce muscle soreness.
Lowering blood pressure: Beetroot is rich in nitrates, which are converted by the body into nitric oxide, a molecule that relaxes and dilates blood vessels, improving blood flow and potentially lowering blood pressure.
Brain Health: Beetroot may improve blood flow to the brain, potentially enhancing cognitive function.
Anti-inflammatory Properties: Some research suggests that betalains may help reduce inflammation.
May have anti-cancer properties: Betacyanin, the powerful plant pigment that gives beetroot its rich colour, is also thought to help suppress the development of some types of cancer, including bladder cancer.
