Mix 1-2tablespoons of Stamox in a glass of water 2-3 hours before exercise. Stamox can also be used in smoothies, porridge, baking and more.
For longer sessions (more than 1 hour), you can take an additional 1 tablespoon of Stamox closer to the start of the training session.
Before a Race or Competition
Mix 2-3 tablespoons with water 2-3 hours before the race.
For endurance races (more than 1 hour), you can take an additional 2-3 tablespoons of Stamox closer to the start of the race.
Stamox Dosage Watts Testing
If you want to test dosage further, it might be a good idea to test how much extra Watt you can produce.
For example, by training at 80% of Max heart rate for 30 minutes, one day with Stamox, and one day without, and then one with a double dose of Stamox and then again a day without.
Then you’ll be able to get an idea of how great the effect can be with different amounts of Stamox. You can also test with a triple dose of Stamox.
For the most accurate results, this test should be repeated over a period of time as heart rate can vary day-by-day based on other factors.
Every body probably has a limit. The closer you are to that limit, the more you have to put in to get closer. No two people are alike, so it’s important to test out the right dose and the right time to drink the juice (it usually takes 2-3 hours before maximum effect is achieved). Body weight certainly plays a role, and also how those natural compounds in Stamox will affect each body differently.

Mix 1 teaspoon up-to 1 tablespoon of Stamox in water, juice or in a smoothie daily.
