"Stamox has contributed significantly to my success"

Elholm has been using Stamox for six months, and has had an amazing development during this period. This was crowned with 2 Gold and 2 Silver in the National Championships.

Thomas has measured a steady increase in lung capacity, strength and endurance since he started using Stamox. He has used Stamox systematically and he claims that Stamox has contributed significantly. Stamox makes it easier to train, and gives extra strength.

Stamox is just suitable to make good athletes winners.

Thomas explains how Stamox works

“Maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) is considered the most important single factor for performance in endurance sports. VO2max is the largest amount of oxygen that the body can absorb and utilize in one minute, and is normally measured during high-intensity activity where one becomes exhausted after 4-6 minutes.

It is relevant to measure VO2max, because it gives us insight into how much energy we are able to release from carbohydrate and fat, with available oxygen (aerobic energy). Aerobic metabolism of carbohydrates provides 21.1 kJ (5.05 kcal) per liter of VO2 absorbed in the body, while metabolism of fat provides 19.7 KJ (4.7 kcal) per liter of VO2 absorbed. VO2max is usually expressed as ml of oxygen taken up per minute per kg of body weight (ml x kg-1min-1). When we divide VO2 by body weight, we can compare VO2 of people with different body weights.

VO2max is mainly determined by the pumping capacity of the heart (volume VO2 per minute) and the oxygen uptake in the working muscles. In summary, the VO2max values that top athletes achieve are ~50–100% higher than those of ”Ola Nordmann”. The training adaptations in top athletes that explain this difference are mainly a more enduring heart with a larger stroke volume, increased blood volume and an increased density of capillaries and mitochondria in the muscles”

V02 MAX test conducted at the Norwegian lab

“A little explanation of the numbers and how it works.

Max V02 is calculated from the average of the last 2 measurements. A new measurement is taken every 30 seconds.
I started the test by running at 12km/h and increased by 1km/h for every minute.

For each increase you make, you should run for 1 minute to get a correct result.

The last test I took, I managed to run 1 minute at 18km/h. That is an increase of 1KM7h from the last time.

The heavier you are, the more liters your body can produce, i.e. in the test in November I weighed 72kg and had 4.8l. In the test in December I weighed 73kg, and therefore the number of liters will naturally increase. But in February I weighed less than in the two previous tests and got even higher liters (5.43l).

It is clear that it has to do with Stomax’s beetroot and higher V02.

When it comes to max V02, it’s a bit the opposite. Weight plays a role here too. Since the numbers recorded on the machine mix it with your weight and then it finds V02.

So if you weigh less than the previous test but are in the same good shape, then V02 will naturally be higher.

I have shown in these tests that the Beetroot extract Stamox works to the highest degree. That I will increase from 72.1 to 76.6 in V02 from November to February is highly unlikely by training alone.”
