The taste is less overpowering than most other products I've tested, and it doesn't affect my stomach or intestines like the others did. The effectiveness, which is of course the most important, is simply fantastic. I can get through tough workouts more easily, and recovery is much better. My next order will include a few extra jars. Because of my enthusiasm, my coach and a teammate want to try it too, and we all hope to improve our marathon times.
