So far, I cannot get a grip of whether the effects I'm feeling are related to drinking Stamox, or overall training. What I can certainly say, that I have achieved a few runs with more comfortable lower heart rate that has never really been the case. Also, I like the flavour of Stamox. This week I'm running Oslo Maraton, so I'll also do the Stamox loading as described on the website, and hopefully will be able to come to conclusions. Again, thank you very much. Jeg løper mest lengre distanser, så har ikke hatt så mye fokus på fart. Derfor var det ekstra gøy å prøve ut Stamox for første gang i dag. Aldri løpt løp på bane før heller. Jeg har astma, så for meg er det viktig å ikke gå over det punktet hvor jeg blir for tett. I dag ble det faktisk bare lettere under veis, ikke motsatt. Jeg løper langt uten problemer, men så fort jeg øker tempo litt mer enn vanlig er jeg litt i fare sonen. Tetner det til må jeg bare gi meg. Så dette var gull! Det kommer mer reklame fra meg

But your product is significantly better!: -Better solubility -Lighter taste and consistency. ....The other company's product is heavier in texture and taste and also harder to digest. In fact, they contain a higher fiber content (which is harmful pre-workout).

So far I am very satisfied with the product! It’s too early to see permanent improvements, but I am pushing trough hard running training sessions and I think that it is staring to kick in! For now I am getting it only with water (also because it’s more manageable before early morning sessions). I have to try it with smoothies or yogurts when I have time for breakfast before training during weekends. As I am using the “split strategy” of Stamox timing.

As with all supplements it is difficult to say if there is an actual contribution to my runs and fitness improvement. I tend to believe that Stamox has helped me push beyond previous training limits and  has contributed a lot in my recovery as well.

I'm really excited about Stamox. It mixes much better than other powders I've tested (both in water and fruit juice). The taste is less overpowering than most other products I've tested, and it doesn't affect my stomach or intestines like the others did. The effectiveness, which is of course the most important, is simply fantastic. I can get through tough workouts more easily, and recovery is much better. My next order will include a few extra jars. Because of my enthusiasm, my coach and a teammate want to try it too, and we all hope to improve our marathon times.

I have two boys that are active in cross country skiing (M19 and M18) who are in the top of their age group in Norway. It has been discussed among their cross-country friends the benefit of red beets for endurance sports. We decided to test it and I wanted to use a supplement that was proven and clean, after some investigation we selected Stamox. The benefit was promising after the first test on an interval session, and since then they have used it regularly 2-3 hour before racing. Their feedback is that they accumulate less lactate and therefore their performance improves. They have not done any measurements of lactate, so it is based on their perceived experience during the races. The latest example is that PR'ed with 1.08min and 1:30min on a local hillrace. It is not only due to Stamox since they are serious about their training, but they are certain that it helps.
