Thank you for choosing Stamox for your performance and recovery needs. We are committed to getting our products to you quickly and reliably.
Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
Shipment Notification: You will receive a separate shipment notification email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to minor delays from the shipping carrier. In some cases we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Damages, Loss, and Delivery Issues
Damages: We ensure every container of Stamox is securely packaged. If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage to the packaging and the product and contact us immediately at sales@stamox.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement.
Loss: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service and us at sales@stamox.com within 5 business days so we can investigate the issue.
Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
