When is the best time to drink Stamox beetroot juice?
Stamox provides an immediate effect 2-3 hours after drinking, enabling the muscles to produce up to 15% more Watts. It is ideal to consume Stamox about 60 to 90 minutes before the event or a workout, so you get the peak effects during the session (depending on the session duration).

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Stamox in a glass of water. For longer sessions (more than 1 hour), you can take an additional 1 tablespoon of Stamox closer to the start of the training session.

- Mix with electrolytes/lemon to mask the flavour.

- For a smoother mix, put water first then the powder. Let it sit 2-3 minutes then stir. Using a frother/blender can also be helpful.
