It’s not just about what you do during workouts or what you eat, but also about the thoughts you carry with you in everyday life. That’s why I don’t just focus on strength, conditioning, and nutrition—I also work on building a strong mindset.
I coach with structure, understanding, and a touch of humor. I’m direct when needed and equally present with support and motivation when you need it. For me, it’s about finding a balance—between pressure and rest, effort and joy.
