This is only data from 1 user and one zone 1/2 comparison. Testing this over multiple sessions/weeks will provide a much more accurate results.
For example, by training at 80% of Max Heart rate for 30 minutes one day with Stamox, then one day without, and then one with a double dose of Stamox and then again a day without. Then you’ll be able to get an idea of how great the effect can be with different amounts of Stamox. Testing this over a longer period of time is recommended for the most accurate results.
Every body probably has a limit. The closer you are to that limit, the more you have to put in to get closer. No two people are alike, so it’s important to test out the right dose and the right time to drink the juice (it usually takes 2-3 hours before maximum effect is achieved)
